What you eat impacts both your body and your mind. It is important that you always carefully choose what to put in your mouth. Start with followin these basic instructions, and your perfect summer shape will not be long away:
Try to minimise the degree of animalic products you eat.
Do not eat late at night.
Stop eating when you are no longer hungry.
Excercise
Besides what you eat, how and how much you exercise is the most important way to get that perfect summer shape. Follow these guidelines and you are half way there:
If you are just going to exercise one time per day, then try to do that as early in the morning as possible, when you blood suger is low, and your fat burning is high.
Evaluate your self
Do an evaluation, when half the time has passed. In this evaluation, it is important that you:
Find out if the target still is realistic.
Come up with one thing that you can do better.
Make a list of all the good tings you are doing, that will help you reach your goal.
